Hi, I’m Hammad Razi, the person behind Pinterest Aura.
I started this site because I was learning Pinterest myself figuring out what actually drives clicks, how monetization really works (and how it doesn’t), and how confusing it can be to find honest numbers instead of hype. Most of the “Pinterest income” content I found online either exaggerated earnings or gave vague advice with no real math behind it. So I built the tools and guides I wished I’d had when I started.
Pinterest Aura is a solo project. I research, write, and build every calculator and guide on this site myself. I’m not a large agency or a team of “experts” I’m one person who’s been actively using and studying Pinterest for the past several months, testing what works, tracking what doesn’t, and turning that into practical resources.
Why I Built This Site
When I started exploring Pinterest as a traffic and income channel, the hardest part wasn’t posting pins it was understanding the numbers. How many impressions actually turn into clicks? What’s a realistic RPM? Is affiliate marketing or blogging a better fit for my niche? I couldn’t find a simple tool that answered these questions without either oversimplifying or overpromising.
So I built the Pinterest Earning Calculator, the Engagement Rate Calculator, and the Ads Cost Calculator tools based on standard formulas (impressions × CTR × conversion rate, RPM-based ad revenue, etc.) rather than guesswork. I also write comparison guides (Pinterest vs. Instagram, Pinterest vs. Google, and others) based on my own research and use of these platforms.
What I Won’t Do
- I won’t promise you’ll earn a specific dollar amount — every calculator here gives you a range, because real results depend on your niche, audience, and effort.
- I won’t recommend tools or strategies I haven’t actually looked into.
- I won’t pad this site with generic filler just to have more pages.
Still Growing
I’ll be upfront: this site is still young, and so is my own Pinterest journey. I’m continuing to test strategies, update the calculators as I learn more, and add guides based on real questions people ask me. If something on this site is inaccurate or you think a calculator’s assumptions are off, email me I’ll look into it and fix it.
